McDonald's in Torgau

As always, the order is incomplete. Today, January 10th, 2021, we shopped for 4 people and had to find again at home that burgers and nuggets were completely missing. We do not recommend going shopping here. You will only be disappointed. Either half of it is wrong, or a lot of products are missing. Avoid this restaurant!

Paying with the app did not work. Therefore everything would have to be repeated on site. Everything went smoothly on site.

Stupid spun there

Actually only half a star ... rude staff ... there is always something missing in the order ... why is actually asked which toy is wanted, there is something completely different in there anyway ... were picked because we weren't at the MC Drive were understood correctly and the ordered Frappe was then left out completely ... it was preferred to chat with the customer after us who is apparently a regular customer and has ordered a coffee, while we only had a family order ... that was the absolute worst we had to drive to the side so that the customer could get his coffee after us ... our order was still there ... does not work ... were here last time ...

McDonald's, that's all there is to believe.

Despite the fact that no guests were there (including MC Drive) things were forgotten again! The staff are not even able to do everything in two children's menus !! They wanted to consider closing this location! It can't be that something is missing every time !!!

Very unfriendly staff. Hygiene is written very small here. Something is always missing and if you say it nicely you get “full of fluff”! Especially in the Corona time you should pay attention to hygiene. Everything was better, unfortunately.

... what should you say about the "Golden M" 🤔 Very fast and friendly service, great food. Everything is great - you can stop every now and then, even without a guilty conscience towards the figure 🤭👍🏻

So if you order from Mc Drive in Torgau, you can also go to Taucha, eat there and get back home faster. We just waited 25 minutes for our order and then the stuff is cold too.

The cold latte really missed the bar ..

French fries weren't done properly, the burger was cold and the coffee tasted like the coffee machine would never be cleaned properly. It's a shame about the money.

The TS top occupied. There is a star deduction for the only lukewarm potato wedges. Can happen.

Honestly, bad staff is easy to find ... Ordered a simple hamburger, but the patty is still alive. It's not even well done ... What's wrong with people these days ... It has really subsided. Otherwise staff friendly no question! The tiles on the floor are the last. Already observed several times that, despite wiping, they are always greasy and slippery. Caution, accident hazard!

So I always liked coming here ... I was really scared. The employees ALL do not wear a mouthguard, the prices are only outrageous and friendliness is also a foreign word here. The last time I went to McDonald's was on June 7th, 2020 ...

Well what can you say ... Cold food, wrong drinks, sometimes unfriendly staff, some don't understand and speak real German, long waiting times, unfriendly if you complain about something. Simply incredible. The store can actually be closed.

For our girls it is the highlight of McDonald's dinner once a month. Friendly staff who conjure up dishes quickly and cleanly every minute. It was again a little experience for fast foods ... 😜

The floor was really dirty, greasy... i never before enter a McDonalds with such a greasy floor.... the food was OK, McDonalds regular food.
